- The Prozes terbentuk pada tanggal 25 Desember 2008.Berawal dari keakraban kami di Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Seni di kampus kami,dan kebiasaan nongkrong bareng setelah pulang kuliah dan belajar tentang seni termasuk belajar seni musik Bareng di UKM Seni. Sebelum tergabung dalam The Prozes, kami adalah bagaikan tulang-tulang yang berserakan dari satu grup band ke grup lainnya.dan mempunyai hoby bermain musik namun tak ada wadah untuk menyalurkan hoby kami.
Inisiatif membentuk band bermula ketika Vicy (Keyboard) yang hoby mebuat instrument dan lirik lagu Bertemu dengan Sandy (Vocal I di UKM Seni.namun kami kurang puas jika bernyanyi dengan hanya diiringi piano.akhirnya kami sepakat untuk membuat Band.kebetulan di UKM Seni banyak teman-teman yang hoby bermain musik.akhirnya Sandy mengajak temanya P-thon (Guitar),Disca (Bass).Dan Vicy mengajak Ariem (Drum).Dan terbentuklah sebuah Band.Kemudian mereka sepakat memberi nama “The Prozes”.kemudian di 1 tahun umur The Prozes,kami menemukan teman di UKM Seni UNISLA yang berpikiran sama,bermotivasi sama dan beraliran musik yang dapat menyatu dengan kami,akhirnya kami mengajak Very (Guitar) dan Ainul (Vocal II) masuk ke dalam formasi The Prozes.
Nama The Prozes dipilih karena manusia membutuhkan proses.termasuk proses belajar.dan kami ingin proses musik kami tidak hanya dapat meramaikan kampus kami namun kami juga ingin proses musik kami dapat meramaikan balantika musik Indonesia.
Kami sudah membuat banyak lagu.namun yang sudah terkonsep ada 10 lagu diantaranya : Cinta Yang Tertunda,Kau Sakiti Hatiku,Cintai Aku (Cintia),Cintaku Hanya Untukmu (CHU),Tak Bisa Cinta (TBC),Berikan Senyuman Terindah(BANSAT),Inilah Saatnya (NISSA),Aku Dan Engkau Kesepian (ADEK),Biarkan Aku Diam,Secercah Romansa. Dari sepuluh lagu yang sudah terkonsep itu baru kami Record 7 lagu yaitu : Cinta Yang Tertunda,Kau Sakiti Hatiku,Cintai Aku (Cintia),Cintaku Hanya Untukmu (CHU),Tak Bisa Cinta (TBC),Inilah Saatny (NISSA),dan Berikan Senyuman Terindah (BANSAT).
VISI DAN MISI
Walau The Prozes masih berumur belum genap 2 tahun,walau lahir kami di desa (Wong Ndeso) namun kami ingin karya kami tidak hanya didengar dalam kawasan kampus saja.kami ingin karya kami dapat di dengar dan dinikmati penikmat musik tanah air.dan kami ingin membawa nama daerah kami lamongan.
